I got 2 boxes with all 2000 tags in 2 bags instead of 5 bags. The only thing they could have done better would have been to separate the 5 types of tags (400 of each) into 5 separate bags. I did not receive a 'proof' of the tags before they made them. Delivery was about 10 days from when the order was placed (which seems reasonable to me).
